 Are the new proposals a good thing? The government announced new proposals yesterday to try and slow down Britians motorists. The new laws will mean that anyone caught speeding more than two times in three years will have an automatic ban. I was talking to my friend about this yesterday who said the most dangerous drivers are the ones out there who are driving without a licence, so what use it the new law to people who are prepared to go out and do that?      |
