hi friend
as you open your bonnet, look towardsthe bulk head where part of the heater is located,ie the ****er motor, look inside the large oval plastic aperture ( directly under the small grilles in bonnet ( near washer jets ) you'll find heater ****er, attatched to it you should see a small component, with approx three wires attatched to it. disconnect these three wires & clean these terminals & spade lucars on the wires with a small piece of medium emery paper & refit this usually does the trick. if not you will needto replace this component ( which i believe ( if memory serves me right ) is called a reostat. best of luck & let me know how you get on . regards dj dave.
