I Bought A Few Weeks Ago And When Its Cold Or Been Stood For A While , It Fires Up Then Dies And When Tried Again It Will Start But Seems To Only Be Firing On Only Three Cylinders (very Slow Lumpy Tick Over) I Have Changed The Air Flow Meter And The Plugs And It Seems To Run Better Once Its Got Going But Still Decides To Stall At Junctions When First Driving It?? My Dads Had A Look But Reckons Garage It For Best Bet But Really Cant Afford To Do That! Or If I Do Would Like A Rough Idea Of What May Be Wrong As Being A Woman I Have Been Dealt Some Dodgy Things By Mechanics In The Past!!! Help Please!! Must Say Once Running Engine Is Quiet And Smooth And Everything Else Seems Fine X

hi there just read your post if you have replaced the plugs and flow meter and problem is still there i would be looking at plug leads or the coil pack which are quite common on fords also check that all the va***e pipes are fitted correctly
