Default £15,000 What car to buy???

I have £15,000 to spend on a company car.

it has to be no more than 6 months old and have no more than 3000 miles on the clock. It also has to have 4 doors.

any ideas?

Yes! I have an idea.... don't buy a "just off new" car! Give me a shout in the ofice and talk about personal contract hire.

Personal contract hire can help to beat depreciation, and gets you behing the wheel of a new car.

If you don't go down this route then I'm sure you'd get the best advice and support from a main dealer.

I would love to go down the contract route but the company policy is to buy cars!! Not sure why!

I have been looking at a nearly new Chevrolet Captiva Deisel with delivery mileage. They seem to get good reviews.

I agree, the Passat is a really good car. Very reliable, spacious, comfortable, fuel efficient with the right engine - and you get alot of car for your money.

Good luck

Just

The Tiguan is a really nice car... I'd love one. A little juicy though, especially given current fuel costs.

You're dead right...that's why they are a nightmare at the moment...anything like that..and the big engined petrol varients...forget it! People are bailing out of these big cars in their droves and the bottom has fallen out of the market...so if you want one you can get some very nice examples for a fantastic price. It truely is a buyers market but of course with the rising cost of fuel and road tax etc etc who wants one of these big juicy beasts? Why the people with money of course and if they want one they'll buy new!

I'm thinking of getting a big juicy petrol Discovery as a second car for carting the dogs and stuff about in when I head off to a shoot... you can pick up some really hi spec stuff at stupidly low prices now.
